Jazmin Elizondo, MS, LPC-S

Jazmin Elizondo is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) who has been practicing in the mental health field since 2016. She founded Sage Healing Counseling Services to address both the growing need for mental health services in her community and to create safe, supportive, and growth-oriented opportunities for mental health providers in the Rio Grande Valley.

Her leadership and clinical philosophy is grounded in compassion, integrity, collaboration, and growth. Jazmin believes that both clients and clinicians thrive in environments that feel safe, empowering, and supportive. She works closely with her team to foster a culture where providers are valued, heard, and encouraged to develop professionally while delivering client-centered care.

Jazmin is passionate about building a diverse team of providers with a wide range of experiences, ensuring that Sage Healing can serve clients of all ages and backgrounds. As Owner, she balances seeing her own clients with collaborating with directors and staff to refine practice systems, expand community connections, and continue growing the reach and impact of Sage Healing Counseling Services.

As a native of the RGV, Jazmin is committed to serving the Rio Grande Valley and providing high-quality mental health care to an underserved community she calls home.
