Ricardo Duarte, LPC

Ricardo Duarte is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with experience

in clinical counseling, behavioral health assessment, and case management

for vulnerable and underserved youth populations. He holds a Master of

Science in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from The University of Texas

Rio Grande Valley and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The

University of Texas–Pan American. Ricardo has worked across multiple

multidisciplinary settings, including children’s shelters, residential treatment

programs, and community-based services.

Ricardo is fluent in English and Spanish and values cultural humility, advocacy, and collaboration as essential components of effective clinical practice. Ricardo’s goal is to walk alongside clients as they work toward healing, growth, and emotional wellness.

He believes that meaningful change occurs within a trusting therapeutic relationship and strives to provide a space that feels safe, affirming, and empowering.
