As a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Sage Healing Counseling Services, I am dedicated to supporting adults as they navigate life’s challenges and move toward meaningful, lasting change. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, burnout, and ADHD, providing a space where clients can feel understood and supported.

My approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing from a variety of evidence-based techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. I am direct and collaborative in my work, while also bringing a sense of humor into the process, because growth doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership, where clients are both supported and gently challenged.

As a Rio Grande Valley native and first-generation professional, I bring a culturally grounded perspective to my work and strive to create a space that feels safe, welcoming, and authentic. My goal is for every client to feel understood, at peace, and hopeful as they move forward in their journey.
